Nikhil G. Thaker, MD

Dr. Thaker is a practicing radiation oncologist. He is a co-founder of Bayta Systems LLC. He went to medical school at Rutgers University New Jersey Medical School, during which time he was awarded a clinical research fellowship through the Doris Duke Charitable Foundation. He completed his residency in Radiation Oncology at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, Texas, where he also completed an Administrative Fellowship in healthcare management and led efforts in healthcare economics, quality improvement, and healthcare innovation. He holds leadership positions within the American Brachytherapy Society (ABS) and the American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO). In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Thaker focuses on the intersection of technological innovation, value-based cancer care delivery, economics, and artificial intelligence.

Clinical Advisory Board

Matthew Harkenrider, MD

Dr. Harkenrider is an Associate Professor and the Residency Program Director and Medical Director in the Department of Radiation Oncology at Loyola University Medical Center. He completed his clinical residency in Radiation Oncology at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. Dr. Harkenrider specializes in gynecologic malignancies and brachytherapy, and is an active member of the American Brachytherapy Society (ABS), the American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO) and several other organizations.

Ann H Klopp, M.D., Ph.D.

Dr. Klopp is an Associate Professor of Radiation Oncology at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. She is a physician-scientist specializing in the treatment of gynecologic cancers. Clinically, she focuses on the use of advanced radiation techniques to reduce toxicity and improve outcomes for women with gynecologic cancers receiving radiation therapy. She is the co-chair of the Corpus Committee at NRG Oncology and the Vice President of the American Brachytherapy Society.
