This nomogram is only for endometrioid histology patients who fit the PORTEC1/2 criteria. (Link to PORTEC Risk Groups and Inclusion/Exclusion Criteria)

Nomogram may be most valid for use when counseling patients with intermediate or high-intermediate risk Stage I endometrial cancer. The model may overestimate risk of events for patients with all 4 high-risk factors (age, G3, LVSI, and deep invasion).
